I hope this letter finds you well. We appreciate your interest in Potchefstroom Central School for your child’s Grade R education and would like to acknowledge receipt of your application.
Please be informed that while we strive to accommodate as many students as possible, our school has limited space available for the Grade R class. As such, we encourage you to consider applying to multiple schools to increase your chances of securing enrollment for your child.
It’s important to note that our enrollment process is not based on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, each application is carefully reviewed and considered based on various factors, including but not limited to, sibling priority, proximity to the school, and diversity considerations.
In the event that your application is not successful, we kindly ask that you request to be placed on our waiting list. Circumstances may change, and spots may become available throughout the enrollment period, so being on the waiting list ensures that your child remains in consideration for admission.
